Once upon a time there was a guy, let's call him Max. This certain Max had no certain place to live. He had no real estate, his estate was unreal: a 1991 Fiat Ducato recreational vehicle. This RV was where he lived for three years with his cat being his roommate and the whole world being their backyard.
Being a nerd that he was, Max loved living this close to nature, sometimes finding himself right in the middle of it. What a bliss it was to wake up in the embrace of the woods, have a morning coffee walking among towering pines, stepping barefoot on soft and squishy carpet of moss, taking in full lungs of that blueberry forest air.
Something was missing though. All that beauty was outside, but Max was longing to have some piece of nature inside, so he was dreaming, that one day, when his place doesn't have wheels, he would get some living plants and love them. He kept saving money for an immovable apartment and on one faithful day it finally happened, allowing his dream to come true at last. His first plants were housewarming gifts from his friends, family and colleagues. Some of these plants are alive and thriving till this day.
Max's love for plants didn't stop there though. More and more plants were finding their way in, leaving less and less space. Fast forward four years and this is what his place has become: about 200 living plants found their home at this cosy sanctuary.
This sparked an idea in Max's head — an idea of his very own plant shop, a new kind of shop, where each plant is a unique and self-sufficient piece of interior, where all plants are treated with love and care.
Sometimes it really hurts to see plants mistreated in big shops: you see them packed into tight spaces, standing on and breaking each other's leaves, severely overwatered and still standing in some tray with water, being eaten alive by mealybugs or thrips without anyone noticing for months. There had to be a different way. "It's taim," he thought. "Taim to make a change."
